Started using this when I bought it for my horses. I do not use any NSAIDS I have arthritis and a torn meniscus in my right knee. It relieves the pain in my finger joints, knees and hip joints. I used it daily for about 2 months and now I use it as needed. I have recommended it to many of my friends. I do not recommend things that do not work.

I'm really impressed, since taking this product I have noticed less pain in areas I have arthritis - hips, feet, back and upper spine. I'm able to do my normal house chores with much less pain. I have tried everything to help with Osteoarthritis & Osteoporosis pain for many years it severally affected my way of life as I use to love surfing & many other activities at the age of 50, I had to give up my sport as the pain was so great & I was no longer enjoying it. At the moment I am just finishing week 1 of capsules 5×2 each day. 10am usually then 7pm after meals. Walking each day is becoming easier with less discomfort. Osteoarthritis in both knee's has slowed down my lifestyle considerably, walking was difficult and used a stick to get around. Nowadays I leave the stick in the car and walking around the shopping centre is so much easier. I'm looking forward to seeing the results after 1 month. I'm 52. I've suffered for yrs with inflammation in most of my joints. I have osteoarthritis in my hips knees ankles lower back and hands.
