I've been taking Rose-Hip Vital for 8 months now because I was diagnosed with tendonitis in my glute max med. I did do physio for 3 months, 4 times a week and I found that I wasn't getting the results. I was restricted to low impact sports only.

I hope this doesn't sound too dramatic but Rose-Hip Vital has, at the very least, saved my sanity and possibly my life. I was suffering from inflammation in my right hip and both thumbs. I couldn't walk without pain, I couldn't sleep because of pain, using my hands caused pain. I had had 3 cortisone injections in my hip which, you probably know, become less and less effective. At my last injection the Dr. administering it actually gasped when he saw the ultrasound. 'No wonder you are in agony' he said.

On a lighter note, I got on to Rose-Hip Vital because of my brother in law's dog. She had hip pain and the Vet proposed an invasive and expensive op with no certainty of lasting relief. Instead my brother in law put her on canine capsules. That dog started running and walking completely normally. That decided me: there is obviously no psychosomatic influence with an animal, so it must be a genuine result.

I now have no pain, I can sleep at night, I can walk normally. I can use my hands, even turning door knobs, without pain.

A friend of mine is also now on capsules (for humans!) and is pain free.

My story of success with Rose-Hip Vital came about because when my dog had amazing results with taking the Canine version of the same product. I had been struggling with hip, knee and foot pain for a few years. Competing in dog sports had been difficult for a while and causing me significant pain and discomfort, let alone jeopardizing our chances of winning. It had becoming difficult to stay motivated to exercise because of the pain.

Around a week after starting on Rose-Hip Vital, I started to notice a huge difference in the way I was moving. I can now walk indefinitely again without the crippling pain in my hips. My knees are more supple and my feet feel great.

"I am very pleased as I didn't think it was going to work for me but I'm glad that I persevered with it"

I now have a bit of improvement in my fingers. I have taken about 5 or 6 containers of the capsules but I have also had improvement in my back problem (not arthritis) and have felt a lot better in myself.
