Despite the precautionary notice that stated delivery could take up to 7 days, I placed my first order on a Thursday and received prompt delivery the following Monday morning. I started out using 1 scoop of powder per day for the first 3 days then changed to the recommended dose of 2 scoops per day starting on day 4. I noticed a difference immediately. The previous week, before starting Rose-Hip Vital, I had several body areas in discomfort (back, knees, hips) after returning to exercise from a significant break away (2 years). The discomforts were making sleeping difficult. The painful symptoms increased to a point where I had to stop exercising. Since starting Rose-Hip Vital I have been able to exercise everyday with absolutely no body aches or pains. I was so impressed with my results that today I made a second purchase of a larger tub of powder so I could share the product with a nearly 12 year old retired greyhound who has arthritis and joint pain. I'm hoping that he experiences the same results as I have.
