As a veterinarian, I advise my clients to use Rose-Hip Vital Canine for treating their dogs with arthritis.

The clinically proven natural anti-inflammatory has repeatedly shown great improvement in my clients pet’s mobility and activity levels. Within a few weeks, they are back to jumping onto the lounge again.

I also advise to use Rose-Hip Vital Canine for dogs with skin disease. Allergic skin disease is an ongoing problem, and the constant itching of the pet is irritating to the pet and annoying to the owner.

Using Rose-Hip Vital Canine for skin disease, helps reduce the clinical signs including itching and scratching and also reduces the amount of other medications used.

I have also used Rose-Hip Vital Canine for older dogs to improve their general wellbeing. I have used Rose-Hip Vital Canine for my Kelpie (Bella) with arthritis and found that as well as improving her mobility, it also improved her alertness. I highly recommend Rose-Hip Vital Canine, for the huge improvement it has made in my clients pets and my own dog.

I have arthritis in my knees from years of long distance running. I have been taking Rose-Hip Vital for the last few years and I no longer feel my knees during my everyday activities. What a relief!

I have trialled many joint supplements over my years as a Veterinarian and I have finally found a supplement that ticks all the boxes. It is a natural product that supports the entire animal and is well tolerated by the digestive system. I have seen first hand the benefits in both my own and clients horses and dogs.

I have swapped many clients over from other premium joint products to Rose-Hip Vital and the clients are commenting on the obvious difference in their animals. The differences are in behaviour, comfort, mobility, reduction in joint effusion, improved range of motion, improved coat condition, improved top line, performance and hoof health in horses and general wellbeing. The animal’s ability to heal from my ABM treatments is also greatly enhanced.

I now feel confident to recommend a joint product to my clients that has the scientific backing and that I not only use personally but have great faith in as a holistic veterinary therapist.

Rose-Hip Vital (RHV) was initially recommended to me by a colleague. Since I have had much earlier experience with rosehips while living in Denmark, where I was in love with the rosehip (hyben) jam and a powdered concentrate made into a warm drink, I was extremely curious about what benefits RHV could provide to my patients.

Soon after contacting RHV directly, they helped me by generously providing some products to trial on a variety of cases. The cases included:

  • an equine veterinarian with spinal pain and daily consumption of ibuprofen,
  • a fussy Thoroughbred in race training that would not eat and maintain weight
  • two horses suffering from insect bite hypersensitivity (receiving corticosteroids and antihistamines daily)
  • a geriatric equine patient with “sidewinder syndrome” (spinal osteoarthritis)
  • another human with plantar fasciitis

The results were astounding after just a few weeks: the equine vet was not reaching for the ibuprofen anymore, the fussy Thoroughbred was eating everything and winning races, the horses with the insect bite hypersensitivity were no longer rubbed raw and the other medications had been stopped when RHV started, the geriatric patient’s gait improved dramatically so he could walk straight, and the plantar fasciitis patient could start to run again.

Since then I have used RHV in horses recovering from severe infections and colic surgery, as well as horses, humans and dogs with osteoarthritis. I have really liked their friendly and approachable service, the quality and consistency of the product and how all the animals love it! The geriatric patient would have his mouth open and ready as we syringed it into his mouth each day.

I found the experience since using and supplying RHV for myself and for friends or clients to always be a positive one. I am still excited when I hear positive feedback from clients when they have started using it on themselves, their dogs or their horses.

I would recommend Rose-Hip Vital to anyone looking to reduce their reliance on anti-inflammatory medication for osteoarthritis or an immune boost when recovering from surgery or illness.

What I don’t recommend is that you stop taking it! Your aches and pains return and you find yourself reaching for the paracetamol or ibuprofen.

I first heard about Rose Hip Vital in its present form on Good Friday this year on a current affairs program and soon received several questions about it on the radio segment I was then currently doing. I have been in practice for 45 years and so have seen countless products for arthritis come and go and then come again over the years. I therefore researched it immediately. I am always trying to tailor a complete program of arthritis management for my older patients which includes minimal use of hard line drugs in the initial stages, leaning more towards the nutraceuticals, anti-oxidants and like products.

Rose Hip Vital was therefore of particular interest to me and from the outset we made use of it. The results have been good with a really solid base of anecdotal evidence that it helps, and, as importantly, does not harm. Many of my clients have continued using the product and feel sure that it helps. As an arthritis sufferer myself, I am always on the lookout for products like Rose Hip Vital that will augment our management protocols, and this product has found consistent use in the tailored programs we devise in our practice for older pets.

Shepo, my 9 year old Aussie shepherd, suffers with severe lameness mainly affecting his left forelimb due to an old injury. I had him on a range of treatments including metacam anti-inflammatory, pentosan (arthropen) and a magnetic collar which all only very slightly alleviated his lameness. However, since I put him on rose hip vital canine alone, I have noticed a huge improvement. He is much more active and his lameness has reduced excessively. Thank you so much for such a terrific alternative product to assist our arthritic dogs.

She is playing, has energy and isn’t lame for the first time in at least 3-4 years. I absolutely love this product and has given me my old dog back. 1 month ago, we couldn’t walk around the block without her pulling up so sore and lame. In one month, we can now run 6km (slowly) with no ill effects on her at all.

She is usually a terrible eater, and have tried every natural supplement on the market I which she will not eat for days, as soon as we put anything in her food, that includes mixing with mince etc. first try of rosehip vital and she ate the whole lot first try!!

Thanks again guys
